Key Lime Pie
Two good things about this pie: Mmm, good. You can make it in two minutes flat. Go ahead and set the timer.
First, get your ingredients. Got mine at Safeway.
1 Graham Cracker Pie Crust, full size
1 Large Cool Whip, thawed, it’s 140z and maybe a cup too much for me
1 14oz can of Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk150ml Key Lime Juice, that’s exactly between 1/2 and 3/4 cup. You can jiggle the amount a little, I like it a little more tart I bought a quart of Nellie and Joe’s Key West Lime Juice. Found it on the baking supplies aisle. Time it: Mix the juice and the milk with a whisk, fold in the Cool Whip, Pour in the pie shell. Voila! Refrigerate for four hours or more. PERFECTION!
